Common open source evaluation methods mainly rely on the number of "Stars" or project download counts to measure a project's popularity. However, these metrics are often susceptible to manipulation. The International Open Benchmark Council (BenchCouncil) has introduced an open source project evaluation method based on actual usage counts according to Evaluatology. They have selected a million open source repositories from 0.2 billion projects to create OpenMeter: highly used Open Source Repositories. This ranking can authentically reflect the breadth and depth of open source projects in practical production environments.
BenchCouncil can provide third-party authoritative certification for your open source achievements, demonstrating which important open source projects are actually using your work. In this case, you will need to pay a certain fee to BenchCouncil. These fees are mainly used to support the sustainable development of BenchCouncil. Samples of the achievement certificate are shown below.

The most direct way to obtain an open source achievement certificate is to register and participate in conferences organized by BenchCouncil. BenchCouncil will present you with the open source achievement certificate at the main forum of the conference. In this scenario, apart from the conference registration fee, BenchCouncil will not charge any additional fees.
If you are interested in conducting an evaluation of your open source achievements, please send an email to benchcouncil.evaluation@gmail.com, including your project name, individual or organizational name. BenchCouncil will then proceed to create the certificate.
Thank you for your support!
